Date Everything wins two Gayming Awards 2026 honors
Developed by Sassy Chap Games, Date Everything received the two awards at a ceremony held on June 8 at The Vermont Hollywood theatre in Los Angeles. Its wins included a juried category for an LGBTQ+ indie game and the audience-focused Gayming Fan Favourite Award.

Two awards received notable changes this year. The new LGBTQ+ Content Creator Superstar Award went to Trixie Mattel, recognizing her contribution to queer visibility through content creation and other work. The Gayming Icon Award was renamed the Rebecca Heineman Gayming Icon Award in memory of Rebecca Heineman; Darion Lowenstein received the honor for his contributions to LGBTQ+ representation and support for queer games.
The event also raised funds for the Gayming Foundation. The organization supports LGBTQ+ game workers and fans, with the aim of advancing representation, celebrating inclusion, and helping its community create change.
