The newly announced pavilions represent Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and the United States. Their participating organisations are the Ministry of Creative Economy for Indonesia, JETRO for Japan, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation, and the US Embassy Bangkok.

These additions bring the total to 20 pavilions representing 12 markets across Asia, Europe, and North America. Existing national pavilions include Austria, Germany, the Philippines, South Korea, Spain, and host nation Thailand. For attendees planning meetings, the pavilion lineup offers a practical way to identify national industry groups and potential regional business contacts.

Delegations and international participation

South Korea is set to bring six delegations, led by KOCCA and regional agencies from Busan, Daejeon, and Jeonnam. Other announced delegations include CANTEEN and MIXI Global Investments from Japan, Gamirror Games from China, and the Taipei Computer Association from Taiwan.

Organisers describe the participation from 29 countries and regions as the most international lineup in the show’s history. Game managing director Felix Falk said the event provides a meeting point for the games industries of Asia and the West, connecting Asian developers with international partners and giving Western studios access to growing games markets.

Thai Games Association president Kittipong Prucksa-aroon also highlighted the event’s role in bringing Southeast Asian markets together. He pointed to the participation of Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines, and described Bangkok as a gathering place for developers, publishers, investors, and players interested in the region’s games industry.

Exhibitors, conference, and business dates

The announced exhibitor lineup includes Capcom, Bandai Namco, and The Pokémon Company. Nintendo and PlayStation will be represented by partners. Other exhibitors include 4Divinity, Elementa, Gryphline, Kuro Games, Razer, AMD, and Lenovo.

The business area will operate on October 29 and 30 and is reserved for games industry professionals and media. Visitors attending for business should plan around these dates and check the event’s latest access information before travelling. The conference will feature more than 80 speakers from 27 countries, with John Romero delivering a keynote titled "Why We Still Make Games".

What the announcement means for attendees

The expanded pavilion list gives industry visitors a broader view of the companies and organisations taking part, while the conference and business area provide separate opportunities for professional networking and industry discussions. The event’s four-day schedule runs from October 29 through November 1, 2026, at QSNCC in Bangkok.

Overall, Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 is positioning itself as an international meeting point for the games industry, with new national pavilions and participation from 29 countries and regions. Professionals planning to attend should note that the dedicated business area is open only on October 29 and 30.
