Roblox brand integration fees will depend on where campaign visitors are located, with different cost-per-thousand rates for different regions. The platform says the charges are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2027, giving creators time to factor them into campaign planning and advertiser pricing.

Roblox brand integration fees by region
Roblox plans to charge creators on a cost-per-mille (CPM) basis. CPM means the amount charged for every thousand visits. The announced rates vary considerably by audience location:
- United States: $1.50 per thousand visits.
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Nordic countries: $0.75 per thousand visits.
- Western Europe, Japan and South Korea: $0.20 per thousand visits.
- Rest of the world: $0.05 per thousand visits.
These regional prices make audience location an important part of estimating a campaign’s cost. Before agreeing to an integration, creators and advertisers can review which regions they intend to reach and use that information to plan their budgets.
How campaign timing affects the charge
After a campaign has been running for 28 days, Roblox says the rate will change to a flat $0.10 per thousand customers for all regions. The announced fees are due to begin on January 1, 2027. Creators should keep both the campaign’s timing and its audience geography in mind when forecasting costs.
Forecasting fees before a campaign
Roblox says creators will be able to forecast and lock in revenue-share fees before launching a brand integration. The estimate will use data from the 56 days before the integration is signed. This can help creators understand their expected costs in advance and decide how to reflect them in the price offered to an advertiser.
The company’s senior product manager for ads and monetisation, Nick McLachlan, said Roblox wants to provide clearer information to both creators and brands about audience reach and campaign value. He also described plans to make targeting more specific, including the ability to limit a campaign to users in the United States. Any such targeting would operate within the platform’s privacy constraints.
Why Roblox is introducing integration charges
Roblox previously said it planned to charge creators for brand integrations. At that time, the company’s vice president of global brand partnerships and advertising, Stephanie Latham, framed the change as part of its responsibility to users, creators and brands, rather than as a move primarily intended to generate revenue. She also noted that brands are already present in everyday platform experiences and pointed to growing commercial interest.
For creators, the practical takeaway is to check the expected audience mix and campaign duration before setting a price. Roblox brand integration fees are set to vary by region at launch, with a uniform rate announced for campaigns after 28 days. Confirming the applicable terms before signing can help creators and advertisers budget more clearly.
